It was a wonderful family...
Liked: It was very family, friendly and comfortable. The staff was so kind and nice. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was nice.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like there wasn’t enough information given about breakfast pool times and disinformation overall about the hotel maybe a book or something in the rooms or something with the staff in the front desk just letting people know what’s going on

Perfect for what we needed

Disappointing
Liked: The staff was friendly and kind
Disliked: We found a bed bug in our original room. The staff was swift in getting us another room but the toilet handle in that room was broken and the plug in the tub was broken as well. The place was really dusty and it didn't feel like the cleanest

I enjoyed my stay
Liked: The pool was nice and warm the room was very nice and the breakfast was great

Decent location, but lacking customer...
Liked: I thought that the location was pretty good, and liked that there was a pool onsite.
Disliked: Now the bad..We've been greeted by almost all of the front desk staff, except for one young woman twice in the evening. We even said hello and were never acknowledged. Not sure why but it happened twice. The pool was cloudy both days, I didn't take it up with anyone because I assumed that there was chemical just put into the pool. But it never cleared up. The pool deck was not cleaned, the toilets on the ground floor were not cleaned, nor did they have toilet paper yesterday. The breakfast is okay but does not completely cater to anyone with a gluten sensitivity, such as my wife. The room was spacious, however, the room didn't have linens, pillows, or blankets for the pull out sofa, nor did we have a fifth towel as we had five people for our stay. It was quickly remedied by phoning down to the front desk. Again, it could have been sent up to us, and it was not, not great for customer service. We were asked to come downstairs to collect said missing things. And lastly, there seemed to be a short in the light above the right headboard. Each time my wife leaned back against the headboard, the light would go out. It's a shame, I expected more. For insight, the room number is 322. And it's above the right side headboard. Perhaps have a look at that, so there's no repeat or threat of an electrical fire for a new guest..
