Liked: The staff was amazing, they helped us a lot to print some documents, and guided us the suitcase trolley, and let's know where to find a wine opener.
Disliked: The breakfast is basic, basic basic, I know I was in America, but for 250 dlls a night I will expect a more quality for the breakfast. Scrambled eggs from powder, a few fruit varieties, and cereal toast bread and yogurt. Nothing really healthy to eat. Except for the boiled eggs and fruit.

Disliked: we were traveling with our dog. Booking.com indicated it was pet friendly and additional charge would apply. we booked the hotel for one night and prepaid. when arriving we had to sign a form stating we would be responsible for any damages done by our dog and had to pay a fee of $100. Since we still were 450 miles from home we stayed the night and left very early. The bed was uncomfortable and was noisy too. I do not recommend this hotel if traveling with a pet.
