Bad

Liked: Poor customer service, was double charged and still have not been refunded from Booking.com or the hotel
Disliked: Very poor service from both parties. Booking.com hung up on me after 20 minutes of holding. The hotel refuses to call me back and keeps taking messages instead of manager Josie Rosales 915-845-7400 calling me back after she said Booking.com would refund me but they are both keeping my money

Liked: It was clean. Hotel we booked at was really bad they did not want to refund us (La Vista Inn) not a safe place to stay. I’m happy we were able to stay at Springhill Suites
Disliked: Nothing wrong by kids and wife were comfy and happy.

Liked: I have stayed in this hotel many times and is always very confortable and clean
Disliked: a little bit outdated, the sofabed for example is very old and unconfortable
