Disliked: we were traveling with our dog. Booking.com indicated it was pet friendly and additional charge would apply. we booked the hotel for one night and prepaid. when arriving we had to sign a form stating we would be responsible for any damages done by our dog and had to pay a fee of $100. Since we still were 450 miles from home we stayed the night and left very early. The bed was uncomfortable and was noisy too. I do not recommend this hotel if traveling with a pet.

Disliked: Very poor service from both parties. Booking.com hung up on me after 20 minutes of holding. The hotel refuses to call me back and keeps taking messages instead of manager Josie Rosales 915-845-7400 calling me back after she said Booking.com would refund me but they are both keeping my money
