This facility met my needs,...
Liked: Location was perfect for my daily travel.
Disliked: I’m afraid it was too close to a very active rail line. The breakfast offering was passable, at best.

Room is large, room’s problem...
Liked: Room is large and comfortable, microwave very useful, hotel is clean and warm, the front desk is nice, not a lot kinds of breakfast but is fresh, gym is good
Disliked: The water in bathroom is relatively small, water temperature not high. No pulled behind the faucet, the sink can’t be pulled out. The shelf for shower gel(sticked to the wall with glue) fell into the bathtub in the midnight, because the glue lost stickiness,which scared us. We reported these problems to the front desk, but weren’t resolved and fixed. Two weeks have passed, the 120$ deposit hasn’t been refunded.

Good location but lacking in...
Liked: The location was great and the rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The room itself was a bit worn and dirty. I had to clean it when I got there.

Pleasant
Liked: Disappointed. Ignored my floor request, no shower gel in the dispenser (didn't realize until I was already in the shower), bathroom not very clean. Also this was the loudest hotel I've been to in a long time in terms of how loud doors were when they were shut and hearing noise from other rooms, seems like there isn't much insulation.

Nice breakfast and large comfortable...
Liked: Nice breakfast. Room was quite large and the couch and work area being separated from the beds made it feel more comfortable when relaxing.

Terrible long wait for room...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Waited over and hour past guaranteed check in time (didn’t get access to room until 5:12 PM. No accommodation was made due to this unacceptable inconvenience…the staff just continued to say they were busy. That is not acceptable!!! Hotels know when they are booked and should plan staffing accordingly. If you inconvenience a customer in such a way you then have a responsibility to make it right through free stay or points.
