Liked: Avoid this hotel- BEDBUGS
Disliked: If you value your health and belongings, stay far away from this hotel. We discovered a bedbug in our room and reported it immediately. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping confirmed it was a bedbug and moved us to another room. However, when we brought the issue up with the manager, they shockingly accused us of lying and claimed the bedbug was actually food! Meanwhile, we had the bites to prove otherwise. This dismissive and insulting response was beyond unprofessional.The bedbugs not only ruined our stay but left us worried about bringing them home in our clothes and luggage. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs!

Liked: The property seemed very new and still well kept. Room layout was nice and refreshing, bathroom was good, and the morning breakfast area had good space so you don't feel cramped with other guests. Also good proximity to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village which was our reason for travel.
Disliked: The staff weren't rude in anyway, but just acted very tired and uninterested in their job. I know people have bad days but we stayed for 2 nights and any time we entered or exited the building, the front desk staff just seemed depressed and would sort give you a blank look without a friendly greeting. Apart from that, breakfast was good overall(A for effort), but just wish it was kept a little warmer. We went down for breakfast around 8am and eggs, sausage etc. were already all basically room temp
