Disliked: Hotel under construction. Room was not a full wheelchair accessible. Was told it was. Room has not been deep cleaned since remodel. Window didn't shut right till my husband slammed it shut. Bed was uncomfortable. Worst of all the TV did not work the whole stay. First night the gal was by herself. We left a message again at the desk when we left the second day. We were gone all say-- when we returned it still wasn't fixed. No maid service the day we were gone all day. We have never been so disappointed. We have stayed here before with no problem. We will not return

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: We were not informed that our hotel would be undergoing renovations prior to booking. Once we arrived the staff let us know we would be in an un renovated room and our only other option was to cancel and rebook elsewhere. The surrounding hotels did not have availability for us and due to not renting a rental car we were stuck at this location. The room was not cleanly and had concerning features such as missing vents, exposed installation and staining on the carpet. The elevator was literally held together by tape. It was not worth the booking cost but we had no other option.
