The parking situation was just a little confusing considering it didn't state anywhere that it was valet parking only. However the staff was funny, friendly, and really kind to my friend and I who had just driven 8 1/2 hours and looked a little rough. The room was gorgeous and clean, and the hotel was walking distance to our venue. Overall had an amazing stay and I'd love to stay there again!

Disliked: I wish it wasn't only valet parking. It wasn't expensive to park but still we were money crunching for this trip.

As is typically the case, these hotels tell us a rate but somehow forget to mention that. "Oh, yes, there's $23.45 Occupancy Sales Tax and County Tax." Please, please stop playing these games and just give us the TOTAL cost per night. Additionally, this hotel sticks guests with $30 per night parking fee and the WiFi requires one to pay these silly log-in games. Just turn on the WiFi and let it flow to guests like the water or electricity.

I loved the hotel. I liked that you could only get to our room through a secured door that needed to be open with a key. The hotel was close to the venue of the concert we were attending (Summit Music Hall). Made walking to dinner and the concert easy. I will use this hotel again and again for future dates.

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful lobby; nice big beds.
Disliked: Parking should be included in the price of room I think.

Liked: super friendly check in desk personnel, great location for sporting events and walking downtown. Breakfast was above average as the staff kept it hot and clean.
Disliked: The restaurant was a little disappointing as there was not a huge selection of eats for those seeking a finer meal, but the food we ate was well prepared and very tasty.

Liked: Very clean and open. The room was also clean and spacious and bed was comfortable! Loved the walk in shower and the couch in the room. Breakfast was wonderful!
Disliked: I wish they had a shuttle to the airport as the uber was pricey.
