The parking situation was just a little confusing considering it didn't state anywhere that it was valet parking only. However the staff was funny, friendly, and really kind to my friend and I who had just driven 8 1/2 hours and looked a little rough. The room was gorgeous and clean, and the hotel was walking distance to our venue. Overall had an amazing stay and I'd love to stay there again!

Disliked: I wish it wasn't only valet parking. It wasn't expensive to park but still we were money crunching for this trip.

As is typically the case, these hotels tell us a rate but somehow forget to mention that. "Oh, yes, there's $23.45 Occupancy Sales Tax and County Tax." Please, please stop playing these games and just give us the TOTAL cost per night. Additionally, this hotel sticks guests with $30 per night parking fee and the WiFi requires one to pay these silly log-in games. Just turn on the WiFi and let it flow to guests like the water or electricity.

I loved the hotel. I liked that you could only get to our room through a secured door that needed to be open with a key. The hotel was close to the venue of the concert we were attending (Summit Music Hall). Made walking to dinner and the concert easy. I will use this hotel again and again for future dates.

Liked: Large and comfortable rooms. Perfect location to visit downtown or a game at the Ball Arena or Mile High, everything is in walking distance.

A very nice option in...

Liked: Comfortable bed, great location, very nice staff and good breakfast. Spacious room, too.
Disliked: Breakfast had only disposable plates and silverware. Everybody seem to be eating in the restaurant and throwing everything away- so rather than using real dishes, they create a ton of garbage. There’s also no information in the room about re-using towels and bedsheets. So they need to get on the bandwagon and be more environmentally friendly.
