Liked: Within walking distance to the hospital for a fit person and a shuttle was provided for the rest of us.Very helpful staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was OK, but not the best. One morning, the bread delivery truck was delayed through no fault of the hotel. The breakfast staff were very patient with customers, but there was no backup food product available. Perhaps a staff member should have been sent to a nearby grocery store for bagels and bread to tide the customers over.

Liked: Staff was friendly. It was close to Children's Hospital where we were going in the morning.
Disliked: The couch had white stains all over it. The conditioner bottle was empty, I didn't buy any because I saw it in the shower and after swimming that was a disaster. There was a huge spider egg nest next to our bed.
