Short and quick.
Liked: I didn’t have a lot of contact but the woman at check in wasn’t very friendly. I’ve stayed at several hotels by the airport and this seems to be one of the nicer ones.

Liked: Late at night we got there do to flight was late getting in. The lady at front desk said I had no reservation. I showed her the confirmation email. She told me it was a reservation confirmation not a confirmation. She finally found my reservation. She said they used my first name as my last name. I got in . Then my niece went to get her room with 2 beds which she requested at reservation for 4 adults. She was told that all they had left was a king room. And they had no other rooms available. The lady had no remedies for the mistake. I then just traded rooms with them problem solved. A job that the lady could have done while we stood there trying to figure out. She felt her job was complete and didn't feel concerned about the room situation. We had three rooms reservation in our group. Problem with 2 and front desk didn't care th even try to solve the problem. By the way the hotel was sold out . I knew that from the 2 people who came in ahead of me. The front desk asked how they got the late reservation. She put them in a room with 2 beds . Someone called the gal and instructed her to accommodate them. She said yes they was checking in then. She gave them a 2 bed room. Leaving only a King room. Instead of a reservation from a month or so early gets leftover. Regardless of requested needs.
Disliked: Try to solve a problem and satisfy the parties involved. Make sure prior reservation is met before accommodate late checking needs.

I did not stay there
Liked: I did not stay in the property except for the 30 min when they tried and failed to find our prepaid confirmed reservation. I am still waiting to refund of this payment
