When we had to evacuate...

Liked: I enjoyed having hot meal options, crispy bacon, both scrambled eggs with a variety of toppings, and a little spinach quiche were offered the morning I was there. There were also several bread optionsincluding small muffins that were nice and airy, fresh fruit, and choice of two juices and hot coffee and tea. I think they also had hot oatmeal, as well as cold cereal and yogurt available. The gentleman in charge of the food was very helpful and considerate. I saw him bring a few things out for a guest who arrived just a few minutes after closing time for the buffet so he could get something to eat, even though the breakfast service was officially "over" and many items had been put away or back to the kitchen. Made me smile to see that the guest's needs took priority over the staff's need to "get things done." That's the kind of employee that I hope is rewarded. Actual caring trumps efficiency for me, especially in the Hospitality Industry.
Disliked: I would have appreciated a second chair with a back in the suite that could have been used to sit at the desk/counter area for eating meals and participating in a Zoom chat together. We made do by stacking pillows on the movable hassock pulled up to the desk; but after about an hour that was getting a bit hard on the back to be so unsupported.
