Liked: The room was clean, well equipped with towels and blankets, all electronics worked, and very comfortable for my family of 5. Breakfast was delicious and every one of staff was pleasant and helpful. Truly considerate of situation and allowed for a change in reservation to avoid the snow storm. We are so grateful.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: Great location as a stopover to our final destination of Wilkes-Barre
Disliked: We reserved a King Suite and what we got was essentially a large room with an added couch. There were no night lights and the lighting in the bathroom had no way to dim so it was shockingly bright in the middle of the night. We reserve suites as my husband often has late night work and I go to bed early. The breakfast was disappointing after other chain hotels we have stayed in. After other hotels we have stayed in, we were disappointed. It served for one night, but I would not stay in this chain again.
