Disappointed

Liked: Great location as a stopover to our final destination of Wilkes-Barre
Disliked: We reserved a King Suite and what we got was essentially a large room with an added couch. There were no night lights and the lighting in the bathroom had no way to dim so it was shockingly bright in the middle of the night. We reserve suites as my husband often has late night work and I go to bed early. The breakfast was disappointing after other chain hotels we have stayed in. After other hotels we have stayed in, we were disappointed. It served for one night, but I would not stay in this chain again.

Liked: Extremely clean. Attentive staff especially Lula at the desk at night. Accommodated our late breakfast arrival. Nice breakfast and the 24 hour fitness room was a nice touch. Also very clean and bright
Disliked: Breakfast only until 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends.
