Liked: I really loved how spacious the room was. It was very clean. Loved the shower booth!
Disliked: Worst customer service ever! I do not remember his name but I checked in around 4pm on 3/5. He was an African American. I could barely understood what he was saying be ause the tone of his voice was so soft and hard to understand. I had to ask him to repeat himself. So I was frsutrated then he gave me a look for about 10 seconds and asked me Am I having a bad day? I was like wth what kind of customer service is this? He also never greeted me anything. So disrepectful and rude. He should mot be working in customer service. I really loved the room but he kind of run our trip. So sad he needs to be reteained or quit his job.
