Just right for me.

Liked: The free shuttle bus was great. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean...maybe a little 'tired' here and there. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.
Disliked: No bar or restaurant at weekends.

Liked: Everything except the business center
Disliked: the business center was definitely not as updated as the rest of the hotel. It didn't need much a new computer would make a huge difference. It didn't even bother me that it couldn't print the area just looked sloppy.

Very poor

Liked: Tv kept messing up. Room very narrow and small. Beds super hard and pillows were flat. Unfriendly upfront staff. No outdoor pool or hot tub as shown on the website.

Our kids loved it and...

Liked: Loves the room, very spacious. Having the pull out couch was amazing as we have 4 small kids so it’s hard to find hotels that accommodate our family. The front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet! Greeted us any time we walking in or out of the hotel.
Disliked: Only thing that we didn’t like was the pool area had no towels accessible for us, the pool area was freezing as well.

Liked: Great location and cost-benefit ratio. Really clean facilities.
Disliked: Beds were not too comfy , they were extremely clean but they did not fit the needs of my back.

Liked: Breakfast was great plenty of choices and quality as well!
