Will stay at this location...

Liked: The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. When we 1st checked in, we were given a room on the side of the building that was being worked on and our window was covered so we couldn't see outside. The receptionist moved us to another room with no problems. The room was very comfortable and was very quiet even with being next to the freeway and we couldn't hear our neighbors.
Disliked: Breakfast options could have been better. The coffee was great, but the croissants were hard, so we wound up going out for breakfast every day.

Liked: It was close to the mall.
Disliked: It needs to be remodeled. The bathroom was a barn door that was hard to open and the bathroom floors were marked up. They only clean rooms every other day. What!!! Covid is over and I told them that. All other hotels I have stayed at clean daily as they should. BTW, my daughter’s car was stolen during the last night of our stay. The manager didn’t seem to be concerned about it and didn’t want to be bothered with coming down and releasing the tapes. The employees were very open that this happens frequently. Never again will we stay here!!!

Good hotel for a short...

Liked: Good condition, very nice and clean. The location was very close to one of many shopping, dining areas in the Dallas area.
Disliked: The front entrance to the property/building, can use some cleaning. Didn’t like that it was very close to the highway, you can hear the cars.
