Liked: I loved most it was right across from the mall and close to all our favorite places to eat out!
Disliked: Our bathroom door lock was broken and there was a slight issue with the fire alarm but besides that amazing stay !

Disliked: I booked a 2 queen bed room and got 1 king. They said it was an “upgrade” but going from 2 comfy beds to 1 bed and a pullout bed is not an upgrade.

Liked: It was beautiful, tasteful, spacious, calm (TV on in lobby with subtitles, volume off)
Disliked: I thought the room was super quiet until, unfortunately, people in rooms next to and above us started moving about. It became clear that there should have been more attention during construction to building quiet rooms.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice facilities, clean, loved the snacks, staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Our room was 80 degrees. Staff revealed the facility was aware of the problem with heat regulation. So uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep or prepare for next day comfortably.
