Very disappointed with the customer...

Liked: The room was nice and manager, Zack, was very helpful with amazing customer service skills. We brought an issue to his attention and he resolved the issue very quickly.
Disliked: Negative experiences that we had were with the front desk worker, Elizabeth. Upon arrival, my husband tried to check us in. Once he provided the confirmation number, Elizabeth rudely stated she could not find our reservation. He then provided our last name and she said there was no reservation and we needed to leave and find a different hotel. I then joined the conversation and assured her that we booked months ago at this hotel and proceeded to hand her my ID. She then asked for my credit card. I asked if she found our reservation and she snarkily stated, “You wouldn’t be able to swipe your card if I didn’t find it.” Her answer was uncalled for and unprofessional. In my many years of travel, I have never interacted with such an incredibly rude receptionist. After traveling for many hours, that’s the last thing your guests need! In fact, Elizabeth continued to remain rude and unhelpful for the duration of our visit. We are not interested in any compensation. What we do seek is a level of professionalism and respect, which is the same courtesy we extended to her upon arrival. Elizabeth needs to be trained on how to treat and respect paying guests.

Liked: The rooms were really awesome. We were comfortable and the entire property was clean.
Disliked: N/A

Disappointing

Disliked: The staff member when I checked out was rude and had an attitude when I asked a question about payment. I wanted to pay in cash and he got short with me and said I couldn't pay with cash. I won't stay here again due to cash not being a form of paynent. Every hotel I've stayed at has no problem taking cash.

Liked: Comfortable room plenty of parking. Close to airport.
Disliked: Breakfast was a big disappointment. Apple juice served HOT. Had to ask staff to replenish OJ in the machine. No eggs available other than hard boiled. Was told they had no eggs to cook. Airport near hotel when checking in I asked the desk clerk the best route to drive to the airport. I arrived from a location other than the airport. Said she was not good with directions and to ask someone else. Really? I used google. Answer: Leave parking lot, turn right. First light turn left. Follow signs to airport.
