Very disappointed with the customer...

Liked: The room was nice and manager, Zack, was very helpful with amazing customer service skills. We brought an issue to his attention and he resolved the issue very quickly.
Disliked: Negative experiences that we had were with the front desk worker, Elizabeth. Upon arrival, my husband tried to check us in. Once he provided the confirmation number, Elizabeth rudely stated she could not find our reservation. He then provided our last name and she said there was no reservation and we needed to leave and find a different hotel. I then joined the conversation and assured her that we booked months ago at this hotel and proceeded to hand her my ID. She then asked for my credit card. I asked if she found our reservation and she snarkily stated, “You wouldn’t be able to swipe your card if I didn’t find it.” Her answer was uncalled for and unprofessional. In my many years of travel, I have never interacted with such an incredibly rude receptionist. After traveling for many hours, that’s the last thing your guests need! In fact, Elizabeth continued to remain rude and unhelpful for the duration of our visit. We are not interested in any compensation. What we do seek is a level of professionalism and respect, which is the same courtesy we extended to her upon arrival. Elizabeth needs to be trained on how to treat and respect paying guests.
