Amazing family hotel in a...

Liked: We loved our stay here! This was part of a 3 stop trip and this was by far the best hotel on the trip! The staff was excellent, the room was amazing and the location was top!
Disliked: Not really anything. If I had to get really picky the pool was kind of small.

Very comfortable and convenient stay.

Liked: The location was very convenient to the workshop we were attending, as well as Garden of Gods hiking. Liked the swimming pool and workout room. Very comfortable beds and room. The hot breakfast was good.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking, as I was not aware that was an extra charge. Although the hotel allows dogs, I did not think the guest with the large dog in the breakfast food line was allowed to do that (Public Health issue?)

Liked: All staff we engaged with from the moment we checked in, to checking out were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything tasted great and there was plenty of food left for us to eat even within 15 minutes of it being the end of breakfast time.
Disliked: N/A

Overall a good experience but...

Liked: The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly
Disliked: We were placed in the room on the first floor right next to the elevators and ice machine so it was very loud throughout the night. Was often woke up throughout the night to people talking loudly and the ice machine.
