Bad safety protocol

Disliked: Safety procedures! Fire alarm went off, guests were evacuated, and then we heard "thru the grapevine" it was a false alarm. NEVER was there anything official saying it was okay to return to rooms

Liked: For the most part, everything.
Disliked: I booked a king suite (supposedly with a city view) and was switched to a double queen with a view of the wall of the adjacent building - a little disappointing.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Great location close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Big, well-equipped room. Good included breakfast buffet. Parking garage was easy to find and use.
Disliked: Room was rather dark - could have used a fixed light in the ceiling as well as the wall lamps.

We like this hotel and...

Liked: Garage in the same building was great. Room was wonderful; bed was very comfortable. Lobby space with TV and fireplace is a great idea. Location is very close to the downtown.
Disliked: Breakfast was not ready at the time it was open. Lot's of people at the breakfast and long lines. Walls in the room are very thin. First night was quiet, but the second night someone in the next room made international call and connection was probably bad, because person was screaming to the phone. We could not sleep. Staff is not providing references to local restaurants, only to the one restaurant in the hotel. It is not the best restaurant. Elevator capacity is not sufficient for this hotel.

Great location and facilities, just...

Liked: Property looks and feels fresh and new. The styling is modern and the location was very walkable.
Disliked: The actual room we stayed in wasn’t comfortable. The bed was nice but there was a lot of noise from the building, toilets flushing, doors banging and some other loud thuds n bangs that would wake us up. Overall we slept terrible and left exhausted after a couple nights stay.
