Liked: Staying at that hotel was not worth my money nothing was met to my needs I actually wanted my money back room was half clean had to do it myself no microwave in the room but wen asked do they have one in the hotel I was told no but the other race asked they walked them to the microwave

Disliked: Breakfast and the pillows in the rooms are worn out. I have to use three of them. It feels like I only use one. For Service, they giving you it’s most expensive in the area which is not worth it

Liked: Ok. No waffle maker. My granddaughter was very disappointed. The breakfast staff did not keep the breakfast items filled. Many things were empty or almost empty.
Disliked: The only complaint about the facility was the pool. Could not swim in it. Very dirty and the hot tub water was almost black. Pretty disgusting. The bathroom faucet was broke and just hanging.

Liked: Great location. But longer hours are needed when a single family was in use of the waffle maker for 2 hours. Many upset guests.
Disliked: No pool or hot tub… is why we booked this hotel. Pool facilities were awful and smelled terrible. Almost went elsewhere. Just tired.

Will stay there again!

Liked: The free breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub was out of order and I really needed it for my sciatica pain to enjoy my trip. The hot tub was the biggest reason for this hotel choice.

Liked: Great area! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable!
Disliked: The bar was never open during our visit, Hot tub had no water with a closed sign, had to get front desk staff to light the fire
