Almost perfect

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and they even had two complimentary bottled waterswaiting for me when I arrived in the room.
Disliked: I didn't like that the checkout seemed to come a little too fast, lol!

Ashely at the front desk...

Liked: My family has stayed at this location several times when visiting Ohio from California. It seems the property is not kept up very well anymore. The front entrance area needs a good power washing. A dirty entrance to a hotel is not very inviting.
Disliked: Our bathroom in the rooms could use some updating. The shower handles and head were not attached properly. The bathroom door handle came off. I reported it immediately and maintenance never showed up.
