Satisfactory

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shower did not work and housekeeping for the room was poor.

Ashely at the front desk...

Liked: My family has stayed at this location several times when visiting Ohio from California. It seems the property is not kept up very well anymore. The front entrance area needs a good power washing. A dirty entrance to a hotel is not very inviting.
Disliked: Our bathroom in the rooms could use some updating. The shower handles and head were not attached properly. The bathroom door handle came off. I reported it immediately and maintenance never showed up.

Horrible Customer Service

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: They charged my card at check in...didn't charge enough. They kept hitting my card while in the room. Caused me fees from my bank due ro not advising you needed me to pay more for incidental. Never said anything but kept running my card instead of just letting me know. I was clearly still in the room for 3 days.

Liked: Smelled good when you entered. Front desk staff greeting you every time you came in, room was super clean and cute. Bed was comfortable.
