Disliked: The staff, the staff 3rd shift and breakfast. Went down to get something to drink, and the front desk lady working came out from the back. I must have bothered her. I said hello, and she said, "Are u paying for that or charge it to your room. I stated i will pay, and she rang my item up and did not say a word.I asked how much is it, she stated I would give you a receipt that tells you. Umm, no, you should tell someone a total. You know, hello, that will be x amont and thank you, is just a small part of customer service. Oh, don't ask for a roll of toilet paper. She will slam it on the counter. I usually go to a different hotel group, and may continue to do so.
