Very nice, large, comfortable rooms...

Liked: The room was large, it had a very large walk-in closet and nice work station at the end of the room. Comfortable beds and big shower.
Disliked: Lobby is open and colors are cool thus not a warm, inviting & welcoming feeling. There was no one at the front desk to welcome guests; they emerged from behind a wall once aware people had arrived.

Very bad stay

Disliked: They cancelled my room never told me when checking in said sorry no room . I had it booked for 1 month. That is bad business. I drive 5 hrs to get to room. Go to front desk to checkin to say sorry we cancelled your room . Had to drive a hour and half away to get another room. Ruined my stay in Ohio . Do not book this hotel . Called Manger very rude hung up on me .
