Great and peaceful

Liked: Great location, great facility, super clean, there was a microwave and fridge in the room as well.
Disliked: The facility was great. The only issue was one side of the bed was completely worn out/ broken and should be replaced.

We would stay here again...

Liked: We booked 2 rooms to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The rooms were adjoining which we really appreciated. Check in was so smooth. The staff had a birthday gift waiting in our room for our son. So nice of them!
Disliked: I cant list anything that we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.

A very pleasant and great...

Liked: Extremely good location with walking distance from Costco and Woodfield Mall with excellent stores and restaurants and food court. Ample parking and Buffet which had a nice selection of breakfast options . Full complementary coffee set up in the reception area. Overall great experience. Strongly recommended.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked that the location was very close to restaurants and shopping. I also liked that it felt clean and pain wifi was also a plus.
Disliked: I did not like that I was given a room card and entered into a room that someone else was already checked into not only once, but TWICE! It made me feel unsafe and like anyone could enter into my room. I would likely not stay here again because of this experience unfortunately.
