Enjoyed our stay. Hotel location is nicely located - accessible to downtown.

I had an OK stay here. Not much to do in the immediate area. I would not want to stay here for more than one night. The staff were really good though. I was impressed by the services they provided.
Liked: Clean hotel. Nice staff. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was not very good.

It was a good location for O'Hare ORD and our downtown destination. Loved Outback Steakhouse for dinner. For someone who does not take the opportunity to travel often, I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable.
Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area were very welcoming. Did not have time to use pool or fitness areas, but they were nice and enjoyed by other guests. Breakfast was awesome - something for everyone and very well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom - just a little tired looking.

No invoice for my buisness...
Disliked: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BUISNESS TRAVEL- YOU WON'T GET AN INVOICE.It’s difficult for me to even address the conditions of my stay when I was treated with such disrespect and a complete lack of support, as if I were a second-class customer. This is particularly disappointing coming from a Marriott property—a brand I specifically chose because of its esteemed reputation.Due to a recent change in the way my company reimburses travel expenses, I found myself needing an invoice for my stay. The hotel, however, repeatedly refused to issue one, placing the responsibility on Booking.com. Despite clear information from Booking’s customer service and even on the website itself stating that the hotel is required to provide the invoice, the hotel offered no assistance whatsoever, nor showed any interest in helping resolve the situation. Finally, only after Booking intervened twice, the hotel sent me a document labeled as an “invoice.” However, this so-called “invoice” does not include the necessary details such as the payer’s information or tax identification number, and therefore does not meet the basic criteria of an invoice. They only sent this blurred document through the chat in the app, making it practically unreadable. When I requested a proper invoice to be sent via email, the hotel stopped responding altogether.In my opinion, this is deceitful behavior, and it prevented me from completing my business travel reimbursement. Is this really how you treat an international guest? If I were back in the U.S., I would escalate this issue further, as the unwillingness to issue a VAT-compliant invoice seems problematic. But being thousands of miles away, I feel powerless. I am both disappointed and embarrassed by this experience.I assume the hotel might try to justify their refusal by claiming that since I paid through Booking.com, they don’t know the exact amount and therefore can’t issue an invoice.

Liked: Michelle at the reception was so awesome! She's so down to earth, instant connection and made us feel so welcomed. People like her are a huge asset to the company. The ladies during breakfast were lovely. Great experience overall

Liked: 1. The reception men were super kind. I was impressed. 2. The location is perfectly close to the airport.3. Breakfast were kind of plain but qualities were not bad.4. 3 elevators were working together. In short, you don't need to wait much.
Disliked: 1. parking lot costed 31$ / day, which were incredibly high for me.2. The bed were a little bit soft.

Great staff, I will be...
Liked: The front desk customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful both day and night shift. I want to give a special shout out to Nicole who helped me over the phone and answered all my questions before I got there and then gave me a map of how to get to where I needed to go via train and bus when I was in there. Super sweet girl.

Pleasant place clean and friendly...
Liked: Love that they serve breakfast until 10 on the weekends. Love being able to check out at noon instead of 10-11am like other places.
Disliked: Parking was a bit difficult not a very wide area. Turns are hard
