Enjoyed our stay. Hotel location is nicely located - accessible to downtown.

I had an OK stay here. Not much to do in the immediate area. I would not want to stay here for more than one night. The staff were really good though. I was impressed by the services they provided.

Liked: Clean hotel. Nice staff. Very accommodating.
Disliked: Hotel needs updating. Breakfast was not very good.

It was a good location for O'Hare ORD and our downtown destination. Loved Outback Steakhouse for dinner. For someone who does not take the opportunity to travel often, I would recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area were very welcoming. Did not have time to use pool or fitness areas, but they were nice and enjoyed by other guests. Breakfast was awesome - something for everyone and very well maintained.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom - just a little tired looking.

Liked: What else would you expect of an airport hotel? Convenient location, reliable shuttle, friendly and efficient staff, spacious room with a comfortable bedding. Sufficient breakfast options. We did not use the pool. Would stay again, would recommend.
