There was dried blood stains on the blankets. It was difficult to even reach the front desk and then I was asked why I didn't notice it the night before. I shouldn't have to inspect the blankets for issues!

Everything was wonderful, from the registration to checkout. Friendly staff, good breakfast and pool. Nice rooms, free internet, and close to Chicago.

Liked: Staff was very nice. They were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was a little different each day which was nice. We stayed 4 nights. The pool was a little cold and probably could use a good cleaning but overall a great value for the cost.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. A good location to malls and conference center.
Disliked: Tub didn’t drain properly, toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time it was flushed. Lots of beetle ladybugs were getting into our room. There look to be mold toward the bottom of the walls in the bathroom. Parking isn’t free. Rooms could use a bit of updating.
