Liked: I liked checking out.
Disliked: When I first arrived to ny room, the agree upon accommodations that was spoken about with the staff over the phone was forgotten about. The next night, kids were playing in the hall slamming doors, and knocking on the doors running in the hall. The next day when me and my wife went to express our concerns, the morning manager, ( Bernice ) did not even come out to apologize or anything, she kept sending her staff back and forth. Finally she sent her staff to tell us she can take off $40 dollars. We politely rejected, and let her messenger know it's not about money, but more about how your treated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Good location for the price.

Liked: The location of the hotel was good - close to everything we wanted to get to either on foot or the CTA.
Disliked: For one of the rooms - when we checked in at 4:10 pm we were told it wasn't ready yet -still needed to be cleaned. Finally available at 7:15 PM. We know the breakfasts are complimentary but the food was cold (french toast and bacon). They ran out of cantelope, syrup, and chocolate milk.

Liked: Microwave and coffee machine in the room, a pretty good breakfast and very flexible with change/cancellation
Disliked: There was a music fair on our stay's first night. A group of college students were practicing drums until midnight and while we were at floor 24 it was challenging to fall sleep
