Disliked: Someone who worked there walked into our room at 10 AM. Check out isn’t until 11 AM. It was super uncomfortable. We will never start here again! The carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was first too

Comfortable but water was not...

Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable, tv nice and large and a noce size desk to work on!
Disliked: The hot water was non-existent. We had to run the shower for a very long time, like 15 minutes to get water that was hot enough for me to shower in. This wastes massive amount of water and energy. Why isn't there a recirculation system in this hotel? This one issue will prevent me from staying there again. And on top of this. I know this area and water is in short supply. This needs to be fixed!

Will Not Stay Again

Liked: Location off the interstate was nice
Disliked: Found a condom wrapper under bed while looking for extra plug in and notified front desk and said it would be taken care of. Came back to the room 9 hours later, wrapper still there and trash was emptied. Also on Booking.com it shows a hot tub with the pool and there is no hot tub and the pool water was cold.
