It was great!
Liked: The location was great. Pull out trundle was awesome. The front desk person on Friday the 3rd and Saturday morning was excellent. She was so helpful to all of our family- friendly, kind, and service oriented.
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom.

Liked: Clean facility - smells really clean like high end hotel when you enter Friendly and helpful staff - The receptionist greeted me and advised of all amenities the hotel offered plus local attractions
Disliked: I think the location mileage from the attraction I was visiting in the area is not noted correctly on Booking.com. I booked the location because it said it was within 7 miles of the place I was visiting but I think that is highway miles because it took me 20 minutes to get to the hotel.

Dirty Room
Liked: There were some employees who seemed to genuinely care about the Guest Experience, like Camille in the breakfast area.
Disliked: My room was NEVER cleaned during my back-to-back stays in the same room. I checked in on 11/25/2024 and stayed 5 nights. I requested 3 times in person at the front desk and twice on the phone for service.I checked out on 11/30/24, thinking my room would be cleaned; that strategy didn't work. I checked out on 12/1/24. I complained AGAIN at the desk, but to no avail. I was told that a manager, Nate, would contact me; he never did.Once upon a time, hotels cared about their guests and their BRAND, but those days are gone at the Marriott. Holiday or not, never accept more guests than you can accommodate.
