The staff was excellent and...

Liked: Breakfast was great and loved the variety. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to absolutely everything
Disliked: The hotel could stand some updates. The room cleanliness was a big thing for me. Sofa very worn. Also when I went to open the pullout sofa it looked as if someone had thrown up and just left it there. ABSOLUTE TURN OFF. The refrigerator had spills as well.

Liked: The location was very good and the staff were excellent. A special shout out to Jovee at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful through out our stay.
Disliked: Air conditioning was not cooling properly. The AC worked but took a long time to bring the temperature down.

Liked: Cleanliness and fresh smell and free breakfast
Disliked: When calling to confirm my reservation was told the room was being cancelled without my knowledge before checking in due to charging a card that I used to hold the room instead of waiting until I checked in to use a different card.

Disliked: The AC wasnt working well in one of the rooms

I wouldn't stay again.

Liked: The desk staff (particularly Jovi) were exceptional. The cleaning staff were not. We had to go to the front desk for toilet paper.
Disliked: The cleaning staff didn't make our bed for two days. Dirty glasses in the sink weren't washed. When I asked one of the cleaning staff to move her cart from blocking my friends' room, she stuck her cell phone in my face because she didn't speak English.
