Quick stay, but great size...

Liked: Staff were very attentive while we were in the lobby, even making Decaf coffee late in the afternoon.
Disliked: There was something in the room /ac ducts not a bad oder just something that was irritating my airways.

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness. I appreciate that the checkout time is 12 instead if 11. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a family with small children in the room above me running around early.

Great location, software issue.

Liked: River view. Near downtown.
Disliked: The only problem was that Booking put my name in backwards in Marriots system, so I had some trouble checking in. It was resolved quickly but not by staff, I had to do all the work to fix it.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The restaurant attached was delicious, the staff members were nice also.
Disliked: Our room smelt like a bathroom during our stay. We could not use half of our pillows they smelt like they were used to clean the bathroom… we got an extra pillow delivered before we noticed and it also smelled like soiled sheets..the beds were highly uncomfortable.. which is just something you risk when staying at a hotel…when we pulled the trundle bed out there was no sheets on it and crumbs all over it, as if it had not been pulled out and vacuumed or cleaned.. the couch had white and brown stains on it..
