Excellent Hotel, Excellent Location.

Liked: If you are visiting the Spectrum Center for an event, Springhill Suites is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. It is also within walking distance of other downtown attractions such as museums and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good each morning. The valet made it easy to access my vehicle. If we ever travel to Charlotte again, I will be sure to stay in this same hotel.
Disliked: The pipes rattled in the walls when using the shower. I realized if I turned the sink on to a slow drip, it eliminated it, but I thought that was a little odd considering how nice the hotel was. Also, in the three days we were there, I don't remember taking a single shower that the water temperature didn't alter during.
