Liked: The lady who checked me in was awesome. The beds are soft also.dhower pressure felt good
Disliked: The pool is not heated it was freezing like a ice bath, the rooms are small, showers leak, sink water pressure was terrible and the breakfast was not good. Grab and go breakfast basically

Disliked: Spring Hill suites is my normal travel brand, this one is not as updated as others. No phone charging plugs in one side of the bed. Tv small and outdated. There were cup stains on the night stand from previous guest. Room was not wiped down.
