Best Hotel in Charlotte

Liked: Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Just such a lovely place and I can’t wait to stay again. The hotel manager, Ramona, she does a fantastic job and her staff is equally caring. And, let me tell you what, this hotel has the BEST BREAKFAST hands down. Also, the room.. I actually got quite emotional when I opened my king suite.. Vaulted ceiling.. just so beautiful and lush. Just can’t say enough good things about it. And they even catered my special accommodations request of being booked on the ground floor. What a treat! Thank you so much SpringHill Suites!!

Liked: Check in staff were very friendly, hotel lobby smelt very good, rooms were excellent and comfortable and very spacious, no weird smells in the room, bedding was clean, breakfast was great as well! Would stay here again!

Liked: Friendliness, cleanliness, location, etc.… Excellent place and we will definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The property didn't have enough luggage dollies… And we were on the fifth floor. We waited and waited for one to become available and it never did. So we had to use the elevator several times going back-and-forth to the car. We got there in the evening and this was a bummer! Maybe the hotel can put a system in place where people have to return them immediately or get charged? I don't know maybe not that but something! That was really frustrating. Other than that, we loved our stay. (Also, it was the same problem when we checked out! None available. )
