Disliked: Pillows too soft

Bad

Great location and clean!

Liked: Hotel was clean, staff friendly and close to the parks and shopping
Disliked: Beds were a LITTLE soft.Ice machines were hard to locate Staff never told us no cleaning at check in, so after arriving at 11 pm at night and no clean towels was disappointed.

Disliked: The gate and the fridge didn't get cold enough.

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: This was a perfect place for me and my family to stay when going to Carowinds. The room was so much larger than we were ever expecting it to be. The price was also reasonable. We will be back.
Disliked: Our only issues we experienced was the shower drain was clogged, the spout in the show just came right off the wall and you have to get to the breakfast early because it was slammed when we went the final hour.

Awesome!!!!

Liked: One of the best value hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Clean, friendly, modern,new, absolutely wonderful stay.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, could have been better especially with the huge lobby there. More offerings.
