Hotel is nice, but noise from interstate and planes overhead was irritating. Elevators were not working. Staff was nice. They do charge a convenience fee which is not listed on. That was irritating since I only slept there. Pool was closed as well.

Disliked: I was charged a convenience fee upon checkout, and I did not use any conveniences. Convenience fee was not mentioned when I booked the hotel.

Liked: Staff responded to negative issues very quickly and offered solutions. Staff was very professional and friendly; the hotel was clean and the location was convenient.
Disliked: Fitness Center was undergoing a renovation and my room did not have hot water.

Some of the nicest and most helpful people are employed at this hotel. And when I left my favorite pillow, I called and they immediately knew my name, had my pillow and ready to ship it back to me. That is customer service!

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was small and uncomfortable. The airport shuttle doesn’t run between 1-3 pm.

Disliked: Shuttle was cancelled; no one messaged or called or emailed; had a very tough time to reach hotel from airport. Was promised a reimbursement for uber at time of checkout. The checkout desk agent ignored request for inbound and for ride to airport;
