Thank you for everything and...

Liked: The staff were very friendly. We needed a couple of toiletries that we forgot and the staff gave it to us at the desk. Once I got inside the room it was very nice. The bed was comfy and those pillows were the best too. I was able to get access to the gym and great equipment for work out. The pool looked inviting as well. The breakfast station had a great selection of breakfast and the hot chocolate section was our to go drinks at night.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Springhill poor business model of...

Liked: I paid up front for a reservation through booking.com. My reservation was confirmed. The day of checked in I was downgraded from the 4.6 rating to a 3.8 hotel across the street. If it was the day before instead as I was leaving my driveway for the 6 hr drive I would have looked at other options. Sort of like a bait and switch. The place I was ‘subletted’ to was acceptable but my point is I did not choose the place.
Disliked: Not so much I didn’t like the property as I didn’t stay where I booked. NOT good business at all!
