Liked: Clean, comfortable beds, pet friendly, friendly helpful staff, close to cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was included and good quality with hot eggs, sausages, waffles to make your own, lots of options. Nice lobby and dining area. Suite with living area and west elm furniture was really nice. Later check out.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: My husband and I both commented that we had never had such welcoming staff.....ever!!! So welcoming and fun to converse with regardless of where they worked in the hotel. Will be back!
Disliked: The only thing that could be improved upon was the shower head. It needed to be replaced.

Overpriced and Poor quality for...

Liked: Close to the exit and food
Disliked: Terrible thin crappy walls. Slamming doors and NO Insulation or Sound baffling. God awful to hear every single word your neighbors say while you are trying to be comfortable. I’d NEVER Stay here again.

Great hotel for the price

Liked: This is a very nice hotel, which was clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than most. It's nothing fancy, but very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants.

Liked: Rooms are nice and were clean. Location is good.
Disliked: When arriving l had to wait 15 minutes for a desk clerk to show up. Heater fan is noisy and runs all night. No way to turn it off. Maids banging on the door before nine wanting to clean the room.
