Liked: The entire property was so clean! Every staff I interacted with was very polite always greeted me first. Within minutes of so many restaurants, convenience store, grocery/walmart.
Disliked: I really can’t think of a single complaint I had in my two nights

Liked: The hotel is nice, staff is great!
Disliked: Unfortunately we found a cockroach in our room. It crawled across our bed. We moved rooms, had to move our sleeping children, and in our new room, we pulled the extra blanket out of the closet for our oldest daughter. It was filthy. Covered in food. The front desk rep was great, he brought us a new one and apologized and said we could speak with the manager in the morning. We spoke to her and she said she’d refund us. I just got a refund (we stayed on Valentine’s Day) 2 days ago, for just under $6. I paid $110. I don’t know if this is on booking.com or the hotel. I am done using booking.com at this point due to this but I also don’t think I’d stay at that hotel again either.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE!

Liked: The front desk reception was terrible! Shawna and Lisa were extremely rude. They also pretended to not be able to find my reservation even after I have them my confirmation number. Threatening to not give me a room simply because I interrupted their leasure time behind the wall.
Disliked: For Shawna and Lisa to be disciplined.
