Liked: The location and restaurant Oak & Stone wonderful
Disliked: The hotel's cleanness was not as before as it was very poor this time around. The elevators, floors, rugs etc.

Definitely won’t be recommending anyone.

Disliked: Staff were horrendous, charged my credit card for stay even tho I should them the booking reference, total ignorant, and that was meant to be the manager.

Lovely waterfront hotel

Liked: Very clean and great looking hotel. Heated pool on rooftop.

Liked: Welcoming atmosphere.The breakfast area was very well maintained and looked clean.
Disliked: Elevator’s floor and walls could use a good cleaning. The bathroom wall by the shower needed a good cleaning because the water from the shower comes out the side of the door and it’s getting mildew. Cleaning crew needs to have attention to that detail or it will become a big expense for the hotel.

Liked: Beautiful location, very comfortable and clean rooms.Great location right on the riverfront and lots of fantastic food options within walking distance.The best thing about this hotel though was the staff, who made my trip worthwhile.
Disliked: breakfast didn't include bacon or sausages, only on weekends apparently!The air conditioning in the communal parts of the hotel was a little bit too cold for me.There was some local building works aa couple of mornings early into my stay but they finished on about day 3 and were nothing to do with the hotel.
