Exceptional

Needs to update pool area

Liked: The rooms are cute and the bed is nice and soft. The front desk clerks were friendly.
Disliked: I was excited for the hot tub but it was filthy. And the bubbles didn't work. The pool area floor was dirty and the pool was cloudy. The key reader to the pool wasn't working so someone had to let us in. Also the walls are super thin. I could hear everyone who walked by.

Liked: It was great for the price, very clean and comfortable king suite.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the jets in the hot tub are broken.

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: The pool was cold so was the breakfast. The breakfast looks nothing like the pictures did. The sleeper sofa had no pillows.

The room was a good...

Liked: The room was spacious and fit our family of 5 nicely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room had a few red stains on the rug that looked like blood. The tub also had a lot of small hairs in it and didn’t look like it had been cleaned before our arrival. The room could have been cleaner. There were no towels at the pool, we asked the staff for towels and they said it would be 45 minutes, an hour later there were still no towels. We had to go back to our room to get towels. The hot tub wasn’t working. They said it would be fixed and usable in the morning. It still wasn’t working in the morning.
