Great location, clean and comfortable
Liked: Location is great, staff were amazing, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast needs work, don’t provide thickened milk products those are specific for people with swallowing disorders; yogurt would be great.

Comfortable and great location
Liked: The location was great, restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds and rooms were spacious. The breakfast was lacking, not sure why they provided thickened milk products, those are meant for people with swallowing disorders. Need better signs out front regarding parking and check-in. Staff were great!!!

Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Would Not RecommendI stayed at SpringHill Suites in Revere, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 8th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The issues began as soon as I arrived. The hotel has two elevators, but only one was working. This caused long waits for the elevator, especially considering my room was on the 5th floor.Later that evening, around 2:30 a.m., after returning from an event, I had only managed to get a few hours of sleep when the emergency alarm went off, requiring us to evacuate our floor. We were left in limbo with no real information or timeline on when we could return to our room. By 7:00 a.m., there was still no update, and we ultimately had to check out since we were traveling the next day.I was told I would receive a partial refund for the inconvenience – 50% of my stay. However, after checking my bank account, no refund has been processed. When I called to follow up, I was informed by a staff member named Eleanor that I would not be receiving the refund anymore due to the emergency. I tried to explain that I had already been promised this refund, but Eleanor seemed unwilling to address the issue. I requested to speak to a manager, but was told they were unavailable due to a meeting. I’ve yet to hear back from anyone at the hotel.This experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I did not get the quality of stay that I expected. The lack of follow-through on the promised refund is incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

It was okay but not...
Liked: Property was beautiful, rooms were well updated and clean. Staff was friendly and security was excellent.
Disliked: They charged my card for the full price of the room although I had already prepaid. It was an ordeal for the money to get refunded but in the end it did. My kids were so disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. It had been shut down by the city and we weren't notified upon arrival.
