Quiet location but breakfast is...

Liked: The room, building and parking was nice. Room was quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast was disgusting, dirty, not stocked well whatsoever. Pretty sure absolutely no one was keeping the breakfast area clean. We had a quick trip so reserving a hotel with “breakfast included” was VERY important and it was a total bust.

Liked: Check in staff, room cleanliness, secure location
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed needs to be replaced, dips in the center, and every time I moved, i thought it might break. The office chair was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. I was disappointed I didn't check the cost for pet stay, adding $75 to my stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Gym was good. Centrally located.
Disliked: I wish breakfast started earlier 6:30. We had to be somewhere at 7am. But they had everything ready at 7 so nothing really bad.

Liked: The way that the staff was very helpful! We needed a wheelchair to get to our room and they loaned us theirs! it would have been helpful to be closer to the center of the hotel but it was also nice to be without neighbors on both sides! Staff was very accomodating!×
Disliked: We had requested at reservation and handicap room but did not get one!
