Liked: The rooms were a really good size, comfortable couch and beds, plus a little desk and kitchenette. It was a new facility, there was also a gym, laundry, hot spa and pool.
Disliked: Only small thing was they didn't do housekeeping, so we ran out of shampoo.

Disliked: Room were good, but the pillows on the beds were way past there shelf life. They were flat and lumpy. They should be replaced. We asked for replacements and were given basically the same lumpy pillow. We recently stayed at the same hotel in the tri-cities. Their bedd pillows were fantastic. Each pillow was masked with either soft or firm. It was so nice.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfy. But that is where my "likes" ends, because this was the worst hotel on our trip.
Disliked: The room was not clean - food on floor, smeared on chair and several cobwebs in our room. The whole place is VERY dated - looks, feels and smells like an old office from 80s.
