Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfy. But that is where my "likes" ends, because this was the worst hotel on our trip.
Disliked: The room was not clean - food on floor, smeared on chair and several cobwebs in our room. The whole place is VERY dated - looks, feels and smells like an old office from 80s.

Good enough, should have been...

Liked: Breakfast was hot, fresh, ample. Easy walk to the green belt.
Disliked: Did not feel valued at checkin or checkout. The clerk at checkin was short and dismissive with my questions. My first time to Boise. The last night of my stay was disrupted by a blaring tv next door. Mentioned to the clerk at checkout. She was sitting in a chair wrapped in a blanket. She never got up and truly acknowledged my complaint. She advised the room was empty and the tv probably left on by a maid. She was sorry and would tell the housekeeping supervisor. A lot of good that did for me. Not a satisfactory resolution.

Disliked: Booked a 2 queen suite. They gave us a single king and then expected us to be happy that they didn't charge us more!
