Good

Liked: Location along the river is nice. I love that they rent bikes.
Disliked: They did not accommodate my wishes to have a King bed. Also they did not clean my room. The hotel is really big and it takes a long time to walk to your room. There was no parking out front, had to drive around and walk.

Liked: Very well nice place near the city center. Nice property.
Disliked: Price was a little high and no breakfast had to pay for breakfast not sure I agree with that

Want able to stay

Disliked: When I showed up, I was told my reservation was invalid and the person couldn’t find me by name either. When I called customer service because I needed to cancel to get another room, I was told that my reservation could not be cancelled and I was charged the full amount. Reached out again yesterday, but no one has gotten back to me
