A comfortable and easy stay...

Liked: I was completely blown away by the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Clean bathrooms are so important to me and wow... it was clean, comfortable, and designed well. I need a desk as I'm a business traveler and the in-room desk was perfect. Beyond that, lots of comfy spaces in the lobby/bar area to sit with my laptop if I wanted.
Disliked: As a vegetarian my options get limited to the pastries, oatmeal/cereal in most cases. Same goes here. I would have liked to see that the breakfast burrito was veggie. you can always add meat on the side. Even the eggs had meat in them. Vegetarians like a nice hot breakfast too.

Liked: I loved staying here. Nice big rooms. Clean. Offered everything you needed.
Disliked: I wish the beds were more comfortable. The pillows were so flat. Charging for parking is ridiculous.

Liked: We loved the location, how spacious and cozy the room was, how clean it was, and the overall vibe of the hotel.
Disliked: On our last night stay (10/19) we woke up at 12am to loud talking in the hallway. Loud talking in the hallway and constant doors opening and closing like people were going from room to room went on from 12am to 6am! We could not sleep because the noise was constant through that time period. The doors were being let go of to close automatically which is quite loud. Doors were closing about every 20-30 minutes. We finally called the front desk at 4am to ask if there was something they could do but were met with very poor customer service. The lady at the front desk asked us what room number it was coming from, but because we weren't sure, she said it was very difficult to help us and because she was the only one at the hotel she could not go up to the second floor to check it out. She did not offer any hope or help or even ear plugs. We will for sure bring ear plugs in the future! This was our 25th anniversary trip together and we have not been on a vacation together in many years. We were very impressed with our stay at SpringHill until this experience and needed to be up early Sunday morning for a day we had planned together.
