No customer service skills

Disliked: I booked and paid for in advance a 2 queen suite and 1 sofa bed and when I checked in was given a king not even asked… did not realize I didn’t get what I paid for until I walked in the room- went back to the counter and was basically told “oh well” you booked with a third party we do not have to guarantee the same room you paid for…. So we had a person on the floor…. What great customer service!!!!! Never again!!!!

Clean and safe.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room a/c didn’t work properly. It was very humid in the room.

Disliked: There was a hole next to the outlet where the ac was plugged in, and the curtains looked like they needed a wash.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Super clean, modern, good breakfast, huge rooms, separate shower/toilet and sink.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready at 4 as stated it would be. They had to clean it. The wait was about 45 minutes
