A waste of money. Will...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Front desk staff was very rude. Actually lied about having a service available that we utilized previously. My husband had to call her out about it. She frequently was away from the desk requiring me to have to stand at the front desk for minutes. Gym equipment did not work and there were no signs indicating such. Whirlpool and pool were FILTHY!

Liked: The rooms are so spacious and clean.. I love it here

Disappointing

Disliked: Only one elevator working then both stopped working. Had to use stairs. Friend could not walk up and down stairs. Had to sit in lobby until elevators were back working

Liked: The location was amazing breakfast was good I just wish they and more meat options for guest that does not eat pork.
Disliked: Breakfast only had pork as an meat option but everything else was great.

Horrible experience; will not stay...

Disliked: Property is filthy, the smell of chemicals used to cover mold and filth. Furniture is old and broken. Paint chipping. Very unprofessional staff. No one speaks english well enough to communicate. Evening Front desk staff sits at desk and flirts with guest, didnt even acknowledge that I was waiting for assistance. She couldn’t careless about poor conditions of room after I informed her about the dirty/ripped apart bed linen. There’s also a very rude and intrusive man that claims to be the maintenance manager, who thought he was going to talk down to me and tell me the condition of this property is just like every other hotel and I shouldn’t complain because there’s nothing they will do.
