Staff sucks royally

Liked: I don’t like the lady at the front desk attitude on yesterday and the cleaning staff is horrible attitudes. I will never return to this location again.

Disappointing.

Liked: Accessibility to airport
Disliked: Check-in. We arrived and while waiting to check in another guest walked right up in front of us and the ladies at the desk swooned over him ignoring us. After we got settled we requested a blanket for our 12 year old and after waiting 45 minutes we made a second request for a blanket. We waited another hour before going to the front desk and asking for a blanket which was promptly given to us.

Disliked: Front desk staff was very rude. Actually lied about having a service available that we utilized previously. My husband had to call her out about it. She frequently was away from the desk requiring me to have to stand at the front desk for minutes. Gym equipment did not work and there were no signs indicating such. Whirlpool and pool were FILTHY!

Disliked: Only one elevator working then both stopped working. Had to use stairs. Friend could not walk up and down stairs. Had to sit in lobby until elevators were back working
