Liked: Beautiful place

A very comfortable clean and...

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, and we got our request 1 hour earlier check in. The breakfast is wonderful, and they have hot coffee, tea available in lobby. Sunday night there were some cookies as well (nice touch!).
Disliked: Only one concern. We were on the ground floor, and kids were making a lot of noise late at night. After waiting for a good hour, I finally had to call the main desk at 11:40 pm to ask them to quiet the kids down. They took care of it so we could get to sleep.

The first time, we stayed...

Liked: Very good warm breakfast! Every time I check in at hotels I always look at the bathroom especially the towels. At SpringHill the towels are exceptionally clean and white. Every time we travel I always bring my our towels but at SpringHill we didn’t have to use my own.

Kind staff very attentive

Liked: 1st room the sofa bed was broken so I was moved to a second room, where the control was replaced because the one in that room was malfunctioning. The staff were kind and professional

Liked: Our stay was great for the night. If it wasn’t for the guest above us I would’ve had a decent sleep.
