Liked: Breakfast was good, close to other places/activities
Disliked: Outlet by ac unit in room didnt work. One of the USB ports on the bedroom lamp didn't work. I brought both of these up to the service desk and never heard back, they didn't get fixed. Missing hook on shower curtain, cracked wall plate outside of bathroom and they taped it as a 'fix'. $.39 at local hardware store. Had issues with the dryer, couldn't get anyone to help, no answer from front desk and staff didn't speak English and was unable to help

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Liked: Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Holly at front desk was very rude and unprofessional. As an adult/employee you don't walk away mouthing something. YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE, Holly not the Owner!!!!

Liked: The receptionist on that night was super friendly and helpful. He made all processes very smooth.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that one of the room's standing lamps on your left side wasn't working.

Liked: Start was welcoming and attentive when we arrived and checked out
Disliked: Attention to detail. Or room had a broken chair, missing lightbulb and no trash can in the bathroom. We were only there one night so it wasn't a big deal but would've been really annoying had we stayed multiple nights

Disliked: Light in room very dim…No chairs to sit…No lamp by a chair to sit that was not a rolling chair.Breakfast area devoid of non carb foods
