Liked: The front desk staff was very nice when I checked in Tudsday evening, February 4.
Disliked: The assistant manager on duty Wednesday afternoon when I checked out was not friendly. Also, my room was on the first floor near the common areas, and it was noisy.

Liked: Great location close to food and entertainment, beautiful lake with a walking path. Also had a hot tub that I could see from our room. Stayed here for an event at the HEB Center and it was a 4 minute drive, ~25 minutes to downtown Austin.

Liked: I love that I am able to watch anything I'd like in my room and not just the cable. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast which i love. The location was good because it was super close to the concert that I attended that time! :) Super clean as always!
Disliked: I honestly can't think of something that could have been better. I enjoyed everything. If there is anything I could say out of personal preference, I would like the pool to be slightly warmer so I can enjoy.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. The lady putting things out was friendly and helpful.Bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable.After we checked out I received a call asking if I had left luggage in the parking lot. I had not but was impressed that the staff was trying to track down who had.

Really recommend this hotel!!!
