Disliked: When I made the booking with you I had requested a room with wheelchair assessability which was very important to . When we got to the hotel, there were no rooms available, and Springhill suites said that they did not have any knowledge of our request. Due to the fact that my wife is in a wheelchair, it made it to stay very difficult.’

Liked: The staff is excellent. The cleaning staff was especially attentive and warmThis was my second stay and the staff is one of the reasons I stayed here again

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The indoor pool was extremely small. This was one of the main reasons we decided to book was because it has an indoor pool. However, when we saw it was underwhelming.
