Overpriced and treating customers as...

Disliked: This was my second staying after a year. And I must admit they do everything to convince you they don't care about the customers at all. Lady at the front desk was not helpful at all, asked about changing the room from the roadside (very noisy!) she answered she doesn't have a same type on the other side and she can't change the type of the room. And then she changed it for different person in the same situation. I hate being lied to. But my favourite thing is that after a year one of the elevators are still not working. A year passed and they didn't do anything! So there is only one elevator for the entire hotel! Check in is difficult, check out was a nightmare. Breakfast too. The hotel is noisy, you can hear everything from the corridor. The breakfast used to be good, this time the service was SO slow, that the suggestion for the customers was clear - just go away.

Liked: Nice clean modern hotel near all major highways!
Disliked: Only 1 elevator worked and it’s SUPER SLOW unacceptable for Marriott! Definitely need to upgrade both units ASAP!
