A second home away from...

Liked: The maintenance staff was excellent. The gentleman was friendly and interacted with my son about our trip. There was a lady and a same gentleman who went above and beyond to help us looking for my sons missing backpack. I appreciate all of their hard work and their willingness to help. I checked out on 1/2/25 and booked a second reservation on 1/4/25 at the same hotel due to the cleanliness and great staff. The front staff was helpful as well and ensure we have a smooth check in and out process. They were all very welcoming.

Comfort has a price!

Liked: As always the rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints there!
Disliked: The TV kept going in and out so it was hard to watch shows. I have been going to this hotel for the past 2 years every time I had to travel for work and never had to pay for parking but now all the sudden they started charging for parking as if paying to stay at the hotel isn’t enough.

Liked: Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was also very clean and smelled good as soon as we walked in. Our room was also very spacious and super clean. My husband and I traveled with our three kids, our oldest is 19, which was great because we had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Nice to have the entire family together since many hotels would have made us get two rooms. I also loved the location of the hotel, near perimeter mall and several other shopping centers, in addition to great restaurants nearby.
Disliked: We had issues with very slow internet, and we were not able to stream Netflix for example, as we had hoped. Very slow and lagging. I also wish breakfast would have been served till at least 9:30.
