Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: The overpriced rooms. The poor customer service. Nobody is attending the desk. They are always in the back room. When they come to the desk, they have poor attitudes. If your front desk associates hate their job so much, they should pick another career outside of customer service.

Disliked: The pillows were flat and when I asked for more they didn't have any. the bed was lopsided. Should have been turned or mattress replaced.Breakfast was not good.

Disliked: Beds weren’t great- saggingHallway in lobby and leading to room looked like there was blood spots (someone’s bloody nose maybe?) when we checked in along with trash outside a couple rooms and it was all still there when we checked out.
